Due to this collaborative process, our partnerships are typically long-term alliances comprised of multiple products. We share both the profit and the risk to streamline product development with companies of all sizes, from the top 10 Pharmas to smaller entities, with customized business models.
We focus on best-in-class products sold at an affordable price per country. This enables us to provide treatments for the maximum number of patients in every market. Our partnership agreements include greater royalties for markets in which therapy profit levels are high, but little or no royalties when it is low (for instance, when provided freely for non-profit use). The royalty rates are further modified by sales volume. Through this integrated approach, MedinCell becomes a true strategic partner, not just a provider of technology. We are concerned with the entire business process – including profitability – and this also fulfills our business goal of reaching the broadest number of patients globally.
