We are looking for a Market Research Analyst !

As Market Research Analyst, you will support the leadership team by determining the commercial value of internal and external assets across the business to successfully pursue new partnering and investment opportunities. The scope encompasses several therapeutic areas in multiple markets (US, EU, RoW, Global Health).

Your mission at MedinCell

Research, analyze and report on primary market trends and their growth drivers to identify new opportunities for LAI developments
Conduct market research and in-depth analysis to help Business Development and Executive teams to assess potential opportunities
Produce commercial forecast to inform long-range planning, milestone and strategic decisions, and business development opportunities
Ensure proactive recommendations on potential opportunities assessed
Collect, organize and analyze competitive intelligence
Prepare and communicate information regarding markets, partners, potential partners and competitors to the Business Development team to help refine partner and product strategies and related objectives
Identify potential Market Access barriers in order to de-risk future projects/opportunities

Your profile

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (early phases)
Experience in a Market Access department would be a strong plus
University degree (pharmacist, life-sciences, etc..)
Experience in international and multidisciplinary teams
Fluency in oral and written English
Business oriented
Ability to analyze, synthesize and interpret information
Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
Proficiency in self-learning new skills, tools and software
Effective functioning in a rapidly changing environment and adherence to the values, principles
Strong team spirit and open sharing of all the information necessary to successfully achieve overall work goals
Desire to continuously improve and progress
Strong work ethic
