MedinCell is its People, 147 shareholders from all over the world working towards a common Global Health goal “Better Medicine for All.”  As we continue to grow, we are recruiting a HR and Recruitment Coordinator who will support the People team with both HR operations and Recruitment & Selection activities.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and working closely with the TA Manager and the HR Manager, you will work in an international topflight team in Jacou (Montpellier).



HR Operations

  • Respond to requests from employees for information or advice, ensuring all appropriate parties are included in communications and escalating higher when appropriate.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the People Team on various HR


  • Guide newcomers through onboarding
  • Keep improving the onboarding process
  • Accurately process starters and leavers in line with the current procedure
  • Ensure that new employees are well integrated into the company
  • Assist in completing all administrative actions related to new hirings (complementary health insurance, lunch vouchers, etc.)


  • Collect and incorporate variable elements into payroll; verify payroll documents following processing by payroll processor
  • Help with calculations for bonus payments and/or intéressement
  • Keep employee files updated and maintain the human resources information system
  • Manage employment contracts (initial drafting, follow-up, suspension, termination)
  • Monitor absences and attendance


  • Maintain consistent HR records, ensuring the accuracy of information in line with Data Protection requirements.
  • Update personnel files
  • Time management and absences tracking
  • Contribute to the digitalization of processes
  • Feed and maintain existing tools and reports
  • Answer questionnaires (DARES, France Chimie…)
  • Develop new reporting tools

 Recruitment and Selection

  • Posts job descriptions on internal and external recruiting sites
  • Proactively source candidates; utilising LinkedIn, indeed, job boards and social media
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams to ensure a great experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruitment status via phone and email
  • Support the talent acquisition manager in the interview process lifecycle

 Employer Branding

  • Assist in the organisation of recruitment events
  • Participate in the creation of engaging employer branding content for MedinCell

Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources
  • 1 year minimum experience in a Human Resources generalist position
  • Experience in an international company is preferred
  • Fluent French and English
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Sensitivity in handling confidential information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work transversally
  • Strong desire to support people
  • Strong work ethic and passionate about HR
