As the System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer systems and servers. This includes hardware from Dell, Promace, and Apple, and operating systems as Windows, MSSQL, Linux and Unix. Assisting in the management of our virtualized systems within vSphere and this role will involve taking on large projects for continuous improvement and innovation of technology on-site.


  • Manage and Maintain server farm and virtualization infrastructure with vSphere
  • Provide support and troubleshoot all hardware and software related to the server systems to limit work disruptions within the company
  • Manage the capacity, storage planning, and database performance
  • Administer backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Application of Quality procedures with proper documentation of actions taken and the results
  • Proactive analysis of the infrastructure operations and recommend improvements to the IT Manager

Experience / Education

  • A Higher Education degree in IT, Computer Science or Telecommunications is desirable
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Experience working within an international working environment
  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus



  • Cybersecurity specialist
  • Master of vSphere
  • Expert of Windows Server / Linux environment
  • Server deployment with chef/puppet and vSphere
  • Proficient experience with Backup solutions like Veeam
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology problems
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols

Computer and Languages

  • Well acquainted with Office365, Dell, Apple, PROMISE, NAS, Windows, Linux, CentOS and SQL
  • Avid scripter in Bash, Python, and PowerShell for automation
  • Windows 7 – 10 deployment and GPO management
  • User of Apple Hardware and Software (macOS X and iOS)
  • Proficiency in Help Desk ticketing systems with documentation skills (Jira + Confluence, Latex)
  • Fluent in English and good level of French
